REGISTRATION PROCESS


SmartTech-IC Registration process consist of two steps:

  • First, a pre-register must be carried out by all assistants, for which some personal information related to the conference's attendants must be filled at the next link:
  • Pre-Registration Form, (CLICK HERE...!!!)


    Once your pre-registration process has been carried out, an email will be sent with your invoice (registration fees) for your paying.
  • Finally, the attendants payment must be carried out by using the next link:
  • to On-line Pay.., (CLICK HERE...!!!)



    Registered conference attendants are entitled to:

  • access to the opening Plenary Session and Keynote Speech
  • participation in all open technical sessions and tutorials (i.e., parallel paper presentations)
  • access to the exhibition and posters presentation sessions
  • Official certificate of participation

  • For authors of papers:

    For paper presentation at the Conference (both face-to-face or virtual presentation, respectively) and publication in the SmartTech-IC Proceedings, one registration per paper is required by November 20th, 2021. After this date, submitted papers will be forwarded to the Publisher for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.
    If an author has accepted two, a single Author Registration by two papers is accepted. Afterward, a special discount of 30% will be applied. (after the second one!!). This discount's link is available in the same registration platform!!
    Registration fees are non-refundable.


    Student Fees (it includes official certificate of participation)

    During the on-line registration process students will be required to submit a scanned copy of an official letter (in English or Spanish) from the University or School they attend, duly signed and stamped, indicating the current "student status".
    This letter must be also presented when checking-in at the Conference.
